Tuition is tailored to your needs, from occasional lessons which you can build on in your own time, to more intensive classes to help develop your creative voice.

My tuition incorporates classical principles of proportion, line, tone and colour and encourage experimentation, drawing from life, working outside, and creating a safe, relaxed environment in order to create.

Tuition can take place indoors and outdoors in Oxford, London and the Cotswolds, with an option of working from my studio in Oxford, or from your home.

Indoor options to draw include the Ashmolean Museum, with guided visits to the Ashmolean’s Print Room, and the Pitt Rivers Museum.

Outdoor tuition around Oxford includes drawing and painting in the beautiful Oxford College grounds, trips to Oxford Botanical Gardens, Wytham Woods and Binsey, Christchurch Meadows and the Cotswold villages.

Teaching encompasses reference to a wide variety of contemporary and classical masters, learning from their styles and techniques. Particular reference to the ways of seeing of the Impressionists and Abstract expressionists.

Prices start at £75 per session, with materials and travel included. If you would like to meet and discuss, feel free to contact me on 07748557006.
